We're one week and one day away from our ultrasound - I am so excited to see if everything is going ok with the baby - and to find out the gender so my husband can either be correct in calling it a boy - or stop giving our little girl a complex.  :)

OK, these food comparisons are not only weird, they're confusing. Sweet potatoes can be small or huge. Not helping.

By the way, bundleofjoy, it's totally normal not to have felt any movements yet. Most women don't feel it till week 20. Probably varies from person to person and baby to baby. It sorta feels like bubbles popping in your tummy, if that makes any sense. Or maybe gentle little thumps.

We went for our ultra sound on Friday. My husband was in awe. He has made DVD's for all the grand parents and we bought our first item (a really cool travel system that is black and yellow. ) However little bebe was rolling on their tummy so no idea on the sex.

I'm so excited!  I can't wait til I really feel the baby... I have felt it slightly stretching or pressing its feet on my side for several days during the 17 weeks.  I was shocked since i am slightly overweight!  It felt as if someone put their finger on my side and slightly press on it then let go!

We had our 1st ultrasound yesterday... It was so amazing seeing our litte baby moving around in there! I can't belive that this baby is OUR'S and we actually get to take this baby home with us! How incredible! i think that we are the only ones in the world not finding out if we are having a boy or a girl! I love surprises so much, the anticipation of not knowing makes it even more exciting then it already is! We are driving our mothers crazy not finding out though! How fun!

My hubby was away all last week and was shocked to see how much bigger I got since he left. I really didn't have much of a bump prior to and now he proudly says it is so much more noticeable and we can both feel that my jelly belly is hardening.  So funny how you don't notice the change when you see it every day!

We found out this week she's a girl!  I am very excited.  I have 2 step-daughters and a stepson, so this may be my only biological child.  She was wiggling all about, but refused to move so they could visualize the chambers of her heart well, so the u/s will be repeated in 4 weeks.  I think they do u/s's too soon there, but we are really happy to see her again in 4 weeks.  This was my husband's first appointment with me bc of work, and he was SO uncomfortable! My nausea is finally starting to clear up, but everytime I think it's gone for good it returns.

went in early to check up on a "tear" that I had and she not only gave us the good news that the tear was healing well, but also snuck a peek and it's a boy!!! Man was he kicking! I think I feel it but not quite distinct yet!

I haven't felt the kicks yet either.  I am 18 weeks and 2 days.  The average I think is 20 weeks, so I wouldn't worry.  

We find out the sex in 3 weeks.  I can't wait!!!!!

I have begun to feel the kicks but they are still pretty light and I have to be paying attention and sitting still.....So usually I feel them for sure at work while sitting at my desk.  What a great feeling! We go for our big US in 18 days!!! Even if we can't find out the sex, I'll just be happy to see my bambino again!!!

I've started feeling the real kicks over the last week.  When the nurse used the fetal heart monitor on me the other day, the baby gave three kicks directly to the monitor.  This kid already has attitude!  I can't wait until April 23rd when we find out the sex!

My little sweet potoato sure is busy inside!  I feel him/her move around quite a bit!  It seems like the activity varies and sometimes lasts for a few minutes, other times it's one quick little jab and that's all I feel for a few hours.  My husband and I cannot wait to find out what the sex is - we don't have our Ultrasound scheduled yet - but we know it will be within the next two weeks!  Yahoo!!

21 days til we find out and counting down every minute!! I've been so worried about baby....had the stomach flu this week & couldn't keep anything down for over 32 hours. Called my docs office & left a message but didn't get a response even after making a follow up call with the receptionist. Grr. Anyone else deal with the stomach flu while preggers? I will spare the details, but yes, I am SURE it was the stomach flu & NOT delayed morning sickness!

We found out yesterday that we are having a boy! I can't feel him moving yet though. Family is starting to notice my bump, but nobody else yet.

I have to wait another 4 weeks til we find out if it's a boy or girl...but getting very excited. It's strange-every now and then I feel a little squirm and question whether it was gas or the baby-too funny!!

I found out at 12 weeks I'm (we're) having a boy! the ultrasound i got at the hospital for the down syndrome test was SO clear they were able to tell! Got the confirmation last week and we could not be more EXCITED!!!!

I was having a terrible day yesterday.  Every time that something would go wrong, though, my LO would poke me repeatedly, as if to say, "Hi, Mom!"  It made me smile, even when nothing else was going right.

Yes, I'm kind of confused by the sweet potato reference also as all the sweet potatoes I've seen are HUGE!  I'm so glad to hear from other Bumpies that they haven't felt their babies yet either.  I am so anxious to feel him/her and know every day that he/she is ok.  We find out the sex (hopefully) in 17 days!  Happy sweet potatoes everyone!

I've definitely felt several little flutters the past couple weeks, but they are so soft, I am looking forward to feeling more.  We find out on May 22nd what sex our little gummybear is =)  It's also the same day we close Escrow on our first home!  so so exciting!

I haven't felt my little sweet potatoe yet and I'm so anxious I really don't feel pregnant besides my growing belly. We find out the sex on June 15th 8:30 am I cannot wait. Just had my very 1st ultrasound this past Monday and its a Girl!! I'm sooo excited now. I knew it was a girl, it was just such a good feeling being able to know for sure. I'm finally able to go buy all the cute girlie things that ive been eye balling for the past couple weeks. So glad to finally be a part of team PINK!

Our appointment got moved up and we found out yesterday that we're having a boy! I had a feeling that it was a boy. Started to feel movements about a week ago - like tiny little thumps. He was very active during the u/s and weighs 8 oz.!

I just had an ultrasound yesterday.  I had a feeling we're having a boy.

They couldn't quite tell and said they're 85% sure it's a boy.  They didn't get a very good look at BabyMac's (that's what we call baby) kidneys so I'll probably have to have another one in a couple weeks and they will definetly be able to tell them.

Aww, a little sweet potato!  So cute!  One more week until I know if my baby is a he or a she (and then I can finally SHOP)!  I've been feeling flutters/kicks for about a week now - so cool!  Baby doesn't like it when I sit forward in my chair, I always get a few thumps like "Mom - you're squishing me!" - LOL!

We're a sweet potato as of tomorrow!  I have my 1st appointment with my new OB on Tuesday, so I don't have an ultrasound scheduled yet... Gotta love being an Army Wife!  I don't reccommend moving during the pregnancy, btw... no fun at all for the DH.  I've been feeling a little less of the "flutter" and a little more of what I think is actual kicking and moving!  It's fnally getting exciting!

We find out this Friday what our little baby is! So exciting! I've felt movement from 15 1/2 weeks on, but he/she has been silent the past few days...went to the doctor to check the heartbeat just to be safe and baby bean is a-ok:) Can't wait untill her/his movements are more pronounced so that I don't have to be paranoid all the time!

I find out next tuesday! one thing I'm bummed about is I want a gender neutral baby album to start just in case the baby is not what we think it is.  (I'm having dreams the baby is a boy and when I deliver they all say, look it's really a GIRL!!!!) I Can't find one anywhere! Why is everything pink or blue! Can't I have orange, red, aqua, yellow and green!?????

I felt our lil one start moving on Saturday, and it catches me off guard every time.  I'm sure my bosses say "Mel's not doing much today, she looks like she's off in space"  I can't help it, it's a strange feeling - thank goodness for female bosses!  We go in 3 weeks to find out the sex!!!!

13 days and counting! We are both excited to find out if Baby D is a boy or girl. Very superstitious Irish ladies in my family say it’s a boy because of Baby D’s heart rate, movement at the first ultrasound and we came up with a girl name first. Still working on a boy name.

I am shoe junkie but they are pretty much all heels. Any suggestions on cute flats that I could were to work and out and about? I am not sure how much longer I can “suffer” for fashion.

I was told at my 14 weeks ultrasound (4 weeks ago) based on the way the baby was laying that this one is a girl. What a difference that would be. DH and I have 2 sons already. I get confirmation on the gender in two days. I can't wait. Either way, boy or girl, I will be so pleased. I am just really praying for healthy. Emma or Charles...48 hours to go.

Lots of kicking going on, especially when I'm sitting in the car. We find out in three days if the baby is a boy or a girl, and neither of us can wait. We aren't finding out yet what we're having, only because where I live, they aren't allowed to tell you.  So we will be in the dark until the end, unless I decide to find out at our 3D us in March!  I'm feeling the baby move a lot the last week, I really missed this feeling....  Baby #4 and I'm still not really even showing, although some of my tighter dress pants for work aren't fitting anymore!

On Monday we found out we had a little boy sweet potato!!! Despite all the speculation that it was a girl (including the gender chart on this website!) it turned out a boy! Now just cant wait to hold him, but oh its so far away!

I haven't feel movements on my own yet, but my mom showed me how to gently feel around on my stomach to find my little Nugget - it is  so cool! My husband and I are now both able to feel where baby is hanging out and feel different body parts. :)

Hey everyone!! Happy 18weeks!! We find out Monday Jan 18th!!! What we are going to have!!!  That's only 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are SO excited!
