First Appointment (week 8-12)

[  ] HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) screening

[  ] Blood type and Rh factor

[  ] Blood count

[  ] Rubella titer

[  ] Disease screenings

[  ] Urine screening for glucose and protein

Trimester One

[  ] Initial ultrasound (week 10)

[  ] CVS (week 10-12)

[  ] NTS (week 11-14)

[  ] Urine screening for glucose and protein (every appointment)

Trimester Two

□ Phase two ultrasound (week 18-22)

[  ] Triple/quad screen (week 15-18)

[  ] Amniocentesis (week 15-20)

[  ] Glucose tolerance test (week 24-28)

[  ] Urine screening for glucose and protein (every appointment)

Trimester Three

[  ] Amniocentesis (for lung maturity) (week 32-delivery)

[  ] Ultrasound (cervix length)

[  ] Group B strep (week 36)

[  ] Biophysical profile (week 24-delivery)

[  ] Nonstress test (week 24-delivery)

[  ] Urine screening for glucose and protein
