What Are Your Favorite Maternity Clothes?

gap jeansAs lovely as four little boys would be, DH and I have pretty much decided to stick at the three. Which basically means I'm done having kids and will therefore no longer be needing my maternity clothes. Over the course of two pregnancies occurring over different seasons and with two very different-sized bellies to cover, we're talking about a lot of clothes.

My initial plan was to sell everything on ebay in hopes of making back at least some of my initial investment. But after going through all of the clothes the other night, I found myself getting a little sentimental. One of my first maternity purchases was a white top from Mimi Maternity that remained my favorite over both pregnancies. I always felt so great in that top, I seriously don't think I can bear to sell it or even to loan it out! I also can't imagine parting with my Gap roll panel jeans (favored also by our own Nest Lori). I practically lived in them during this last pregnancy, as they were insanely comfortable and really the only jeans that fit over my enormous belly. By the end I didn't want to ever see any of these clothes again, and now I can't imagine getting rid of them! Am I completely crazy for holding on to these things that I'll never wear again?

What are some of your favorite maternity items? What will you do with your maternity clothes when you are done with them?

re: What Are Your Favorite Maternity Clothes?

I have packed away my maternity clothing. I too can't bear to toss anything, in the hopes that maybe one day I'll wear them again! My favorite items were the Gap jeans, maternity bras/underwear from Mimi Maternity, cheap tank tops from H&M that I used as bras while sleeping, and sweaters from Old Navy.
