Do You Wear Your Baby?

I don't consider myself a follower of "attachment parenting" but one aspect of it that I am really into is babywearing! While on maternity leave, I discovered that strapping Cooper to my chest in a sling allowed him to feel snuggled, calm and soothed -- while I had two free hands to eat lunch, clean bottles, or (gasp) brush my hair! This was the ultimate in multi-tasking! Now that he is older, I wear Cooper out on the weekends so he's able to see everything around him from a new perspective, but can still rest his head on mom's chest for a cozy nap (aww!).
Over the past seven months I've tried several types of carriers, but my absolute favorite is the Ergo Baby Carrier. Designed by a mom, the Ergo distributes baby's weight to your hips, rather than upper body, making it much more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time especially as your baby gets bigger. You can wear your baby in the belly-to-belly position, on your hip, or on your back. The Ergo does not work in a front-facing position. Check out reviews from real moms on Lilaguide.
Cooper is growing so fast, and I know the time that I'll be able to wear him is fleeting so I try to do it as much as I can. Do you wear your baby? What is your favorite carrier?
