We don't know about you, but we caught up on some quality television over the holidays... Sure, most shows may have been re-runs, but some of them were new to us. In case you missed it, on Friday's episode of the Rachael Ray Show (which originally aired back in September), Valerie Bertinelli stopped by for a candid talk with moms about some of their most surprising postbaby body changes.
