Prenatal yoga
Stretch and strengthen your way to getting in shape for labor day. Bonus: You'll learn how to alleviate some of those pesky pregnancy discomforts -- like that aching back. Open to women in their second and third trimesters, with doctor's approval.

Breastfeeding preparation
Feeling a little nervous when it comes to breastfeeding your baby? This class will put your mind at ease by giving you practical tips on positioning, going back to work, getting Dad involved, weaning, and starting solid foods.

Prepared childbirth
Get ready for D-day. Topics include breathing and relaxation techniques, the labor and delivery process, cesarean birth, anesthesia, and pediatrician selection.

New sibling class
Help your oldest prepare for their role as big bro or sis. This class will show kids ages 3 to 10 what to expect when it comes to life with a new baby. Siblings will decorate their own big brother or big sister shirt to wear on the delivery day. How sweet is that?

Baby care/CPR
Don't worry, you don't have to have a nursing degree to care for your baby. Get the mommy skills you need at this class, where you'll learn all about bathing, diapering, caring for the umbilical cord, and circumcision. You'll also learn CPR and basic first aid.
