Hypno-birthing series
Learn self-hypnosis plus deep breathing and visualization to help you cope with (or even enjoy) labor and delivery. This class includes demos and exercises.

Complete childbirth course
This is the class that comes to you! Learn all your birthing basics privately in the comfort of your own home. This five-hour class costs $300 and includes a copy of the Childbirth Preparation Guide and a rice hot pack.

Baby boot camp
Your one-day crash course in all things baby. Hint: Take some notes because you’re about to cover a lot of ground! The first half of the day is dedicated to all aspects of childbirth including how to relax and calm your fears to make delivery easier. The second half will cover postpartum care, such as caring for sore breasts and dealing with mood changes. You’ll also learn tips on newborn care and breastfeeding.
