We checked in with maternity photographer and Bump Expert Jennifer
Loomis to get the full update on the latest maternity photo trends...
Bigger is better
Move over, 5" x 7". More women are upsizing
their prints (think gallery style) and going for drama with an 11" x
14" of 16" x 20". Their bump pics become the focal point of a room.
Pregnancy pride
Forget stashing your photos in an album where
no one will see them. These days, families are (literally) making room
over the mantel.
More mature bumps
Mom-to-be photos for women in their 40s are
on the rise. And moms aren't just posing for their first pregnancy --
they pose for the subsequent ones too.
Putting the close in close-up
Many maternity photographers are often hired to shoot the labor and delivery!
The Bump Expert: Jennifer Loomis is a nationally recognized fine-art maternity photographer who has photographed
