katebyblow:It's a 20minute work out with Jillian Michaels leading the way. Couple minutes of cardio, then strength, then abs. There is three "levels" and you move up every ten days or as you see fit. It's a high intensity workout, will absolutly get a lady sweating. Honestly, totally worth the 8 dollars at your local, family run Walmart. The trick is to do it everyday for 30 days. [Actually doing it everyday is my issue.] I used it before I was knocked up to get toned/lose fat and it worked better than I thought it would. This go I haven't committed so I shouldn't complain.
I love it because its fast and all you need is a couple hand weights [soup cans anyone?]

That sounds awesome. I might have to check it out. I keep trying to get into the routine of going for a run, but since it completely depends on when LO feels like going and/or when my SO is home, the schedule is all over the place and even more likely to get overlooked. If I picked this up, I could do it when LO goes down for his morning nap. Thanks for the info!
