Do you know a NEW NYC Metro area MOM that really deserves a MAKEOVER? Has she devoted her entire life to her new baby and in the process let herself go? Did she recently have twins or multiples? Does she already have other young kids that constantly have her on the go leaving no time for mommy?! Does she have a compelling story or unique circumstances? Or has she always been a person that lacked a sense of style and now more than ever deserves this transformation? Is she struggling with her post baby body? Does she wear nursing bras even after she’s stopped nursing? Does she have roots and grays showing because she hasn’t treated herself to the hair salon? Is a ponytail, messy bun, hair scarf, or baseball cap her go to day to day “style”? Is her idea of makeup: chapstick? Is she so busy she barely has time to shower much less put on makeup? Does she hate the idea of going out in public because she doesn’t feel like she’s the person she USED to be before baby? Does she feel unattractive even to her own husband? Is she about to start a new job, or go back to work after the baby and insecure about facing the world ? 1. Live in the New York Metro area (within 1.5 hours of NYC).2. Be a new deserving mom with a compelling pregnancy or life story with a look that needs updating.3. Be able to secure a full day off (w/childcare coverage) to participate in the makeover process.4. Submit a “before” and current “After” photo of the mom that best expresses WHY she deserves a makeover.

• Your name, age, and contact phone number.• If different, the mom’s name, age, # of kid(s), age of kid(s), the city & state she lives in.• Is she single or married? Does she have a full or part-time job she will be returning to? • Write a brief synopsis telling us why this mom is deserving. Be it her struggle to become a mom, life hardships, or medical/financial issues…etc.• Describe the mom’s physical appearance and how it’s changes post baby?• A guestimate of the mom’s current height, weight, and clothing size.
