Meritain Medical Insurance?

We are moving to the Boulder area in March. My husband just accepted a job offer and their medical is Meritain. Does anyone have this, is it good? It seems so much more expensive then what we pay now...Kaiser. What hospitals are covered under it? Any recs on pediatricians and OB/GYN's (not preggo now, but hoping to be in next 3-6 months) would be extremely helpful!
