kiri_angel:Have you seen Dr. Balthazar at Anchorage Women's Clinic? She's only up here for another year and is (according to many) absolutely amazing. I haven't seen her, but my friend is and loves her. She's been trying to conceive for four years and finally has gotten it figured out. :)

Late response in case you find this. Dear lord in heaven, if you haven't seen Dr Balthazar yet, you need to. I've been with her since the beginning, as an AMA Infertile and though we've had losses, she was amazing. Plus she finally figured out what was wrong, got me hooked up with PNW in Seattle for DE IVF, and I'm once again pregnant and finally may make it.
Alaska is so lucky to have her. She is the very first RE in the state and is entirely too good to be here so far from the movers and shakers in the IF world.
ETA: Sorry, just saw the part about FET. PNW in Seattle is the closest and best to my knowledge.
