Im 17 weeks pregnant everythings fine but i dont feel pregnant is it normal?

Hi all I am 17 weeks pregnant tomorrow and i dont feel like im pregnant. Is that normal? I have gained weight and everyone says i look it and my obgyn says im fine and the babys healthy and growing good. I just dont feel like i am. Anyone else?
