So, the 3rd trimester is here and I'm starting to get a little nervous. Not so much about being the mom of two kids, but I'm worried about my little Nate.
I know I'm not the first person to have two kids, and I'm certainly not the first with 2u2, but I can't help but feel a little like I'm abandoning him. He's growing up so fast and I worry that with another baby around I will miss something or that he won't get all the love he needs.
I know it's silly. I'm the oldest of 5 kids and it turned out fine. My brother is only 18 months yonger than me and I don't remember anything of him joining us. I know Nate won't remember his sister coming either. But the mama guilt is killing me.

i'm in the same boat...i just don't want him to miss out on anything just cause of the new baby. we've done a couple activities lately but because i'm getting so big it's tough to chase him around.
they will adjust - DS kisses my belly and we talk about the baby to him a lot. whether he's getting it or not.....
I feel the same way. I was ok until the dr told me I was starting to dilate and that I only have max 4 weeks left. DD is still my baby and I don't want to miss anything.
I just keep telling myself that this is probably our last and now our family is complete and we can experience everything together!
I with ya sister. DS will be 2y2m when this LO comes (I hope).
My sister's children are the same spacing, with the LO being 3 weeks old. Her DD is struggling. I'm nervous.
No words of wisdom, but you're not alone.
My little man was sick today and spent all day laying on top of me. That's the kind of stuff I worry about. How will I do that with 2?
*sigh*
We will all make it, right?
