I am so sorry you are having such a hard time. Is she on meds for acid reflux? If she is still in visible pain and crying they should probably be adjusted.
While I had a relatively easy pregnancy I had HELLP at the end which turned into an emergency c-section. It was scary and everything was so fast and rushed I felt like that contributed to my PPD. I think it's great that you are talking to someone, hopefully that will continue to help.
In the meantime, are you getting any "you" time? With your husband being away so often do you have friends or family near by to help? Maybe a new-moms group so you have some people who are going through similar things like you are. Even going for a walk to get some fresh air was helpful for me when I was at my lowest.
Things will get better, but PPD SUCKS and it can easily take over your life. Have you thought about taking something to ease your anger? I was on a very low dose of Zoloft and that helped tremendously.
Either way, just know you are not alone. Things will get better... they just take time.
