We sound like we're in very similar situations. I took a semi-BLW approach to introducing solids - never wanted to force anything or make eating a power struggle. DD seems to love anything that will make her constipated, so we introduced the plum pouches to get prunes, peaches, etc., into her diet. But any meal that has a bread or a meat in it, and she won't touch the pouch. Luckily, she loves broccoli (we give her florets to hold).
I'm trying not to panic. I don't know what we're going to do at a year when she's supposed to be eating solids for real... but we'll deal with that then. For now, I'm accepting that she's exploring foods happily while I eat my lunch or dinner.
Good luck!
