Winning ticket was sold 50 miles from me. There was a million dollar ticket sold 15 miles from me as well. (match first 5 numbers).

Probably both. It'll impact your relationships with people. Lower/middle class won't have anything to do with you anymore because you'll be rich. The rich won't have anything to do with you because you didn't earn your money. It would be very tricky to remain normal.
