Loved, loved, loved it. This is how I got in really good shape after DS1. The first 30 days are like Ripped in 30. The program gets really intense. Cardio 3 is crazy, but by the time you get to the last workouts you are really prepared. I love how the workouts progressed every 2 weeks so you really only did each strength workout 4 times. Really kept me motivated.
