s/o holiday parties...

I realized I was being stubborn over hating the party venue, so I went and ordered a couple of new dresses to wear. After all, he is the CEO...I probably shouldn't wear jeans. LOL We're also going out to a fine dining restaurant afterwards with the upper management...forgot that.

Here are the dresses. They're from ASOS, or as I call it the British Old Navy. :) Cheap but cute. Which one should I wear to the party and which one to my BIL's stock the bar shower the next night?

And yes they're the same two dresses in different colors.

 

I'm leaning towards navy in the first dress and teal in the other. But I do love the red.

I love a red dress for a holiday party so that one gets my vote. I like the teal dress for the other thing.

The last two dresses are unflattering even on the model. My fave is the first one, although a different color would be nice. You could always pair it with some colorful shoes or a handbag, though.

I'm probably going to wear the navy version, but I really like the red one. We'll see...I don't usually wear a lot of color. LOL

I like the second dress and it will be great for the shower.

Yea, do the red for the holiday party and the teal of the other for the next night. Glad you reconsidered, I think you'll feel better dressed up a bit. And as the CEO's wife, you can get away w/ being slightly over dressed if that's the case.

I just found them...it's under Curve...they have some cute stuff mixed in with all their normal nutty stuff. :)

Don't worry, I'll wear black tights with black leather Louboutin peep toes probably. They're the most comfy "dressy" shoes I own. I'm too lazy to wear shoes that hurt!

No, I totally get that cocktail dress =/= brewery but holiday party at the brewery when you are the ceo's wife = cocktail dress!

Oh, I see it now, the addition of the belt and the hair hiding the ruffle in the second pic make it look completely different. I love the belt though, you should add that.
