Sore/Achy Pelvis & Belly at Night

I've noticed that both my pelvis and Belly are really sore and achy at night. Rolling over in bed is especially uncomfortable and it takes a little while in the morning for the soreness to subside. I already use a snoogle... Anyone else have this and know what may be causing it? Any tips on preventing it?

I wish I had an answer bc I'm dealing with the same thing.  I have to fully wake up to roll over.  It's so annoying!!!!!!!

I have the same issue more with pelvis soreness and it's an all day thing.  I recently read and talked to a few of my girlfriends that are moms that it happens around now because the baby is starting to turn head down.  And you are beginning to stretch down there for delievery.  Unfortunately I have not found a good way to sleep.

That's most likely what's causing it.  I don't have pelvic soreness, but my belly does hurt if it's not very well supported at night.  I actually place a really thin pillow all the way under my bump in addition to cuddling the snoogle.  It really helps.

I wonder if it would help you to wear a maternity support belt during the day.  Maybe the reason you are so achy at night is bc of a lack of support during the day.

Good tips. Do you think one of those plain old Ingrid & Isabell belly bands would be good enough? I'll try the pillow thing tonight.

This! If I wear my belly band ( the B Band from Target) during the day I'm not nearly as sore , if at all at night. I did buy a size smaller then what I thought I actually needed. SO if you use one and it doesn't seem to work you might stepp down a size.
