I can not believe how good they all were for you.  My son is ok seeing santa from a distance but when we get close he says scary!  He is going to scream when I make him sit on santa's lap this year.

You are so lucky! DD1 FREAKED when she saw Santa. We ended up with the one in my siggy. I have another where she's in the chair and he's crouched beside her (that took two hours to get). There was no way in hell she was going to sit on his lap.
