How many calories?

So this is my second question of the day :) Hello, I am new! For the past 6 yrs I have been into fitness/bodybuilding. Before I started trying to get pregnant I was 128lbs and 16% body fat. Of course 4wks pregnant, slightly more bloated haha. So now I am wondering what is the correct caloric intake for my BMI of 20.7? Don't want to have no limitations but don't want to deprive either. Is there a good place to go to calculate this info? Thank you! This place has been an AWESOME place with such helpful positive people! My cup overflow! :)

I use my fitness pal (MFP) and let that calculate how many calories I need to maintain my weight.  That's what I aim for.

I wouldn't count calories while pregnant. Just choose healthy, clean foods, lots of low-fat dairy and iron and veggies and fruit, take a multi-vitamin and drink lots of water. Have a treat now and then:) Your body will let you know how many calories it needs.

I used MFP for 8 months to lose 40 lbs before getting pregnant and it WAS a very hard habit to break. But, I found that when I was at or under my calories, I was hungry and when I went over, I felt horrible about myself. It just wasn't worth the stress. Now, at 5 months, I'm up about 15 lbs, but I attribute that to having started at a low (for me) weight (128 at 5'7), so I'm doing what PP suggested - choosing (mostly) healthy foods and continuing to work out and letting my body regulate itself. My MW is happy with my weight gain so far.
