We're (hopefully) buying a house this week, but the seller is BSC and has made the process hellish. We may actually walk away at this point, it depends on the hour of the day that you ask us. Regardless of the outcome of the house, we need to be out of our current place on NYE, so I'm trying to pack and sort and purge and not hire hit men to take out the seller.
