Exercise to help baby dropping

I'm 38weeks and my doctor told me today that baby hasn't dropped enough.  She suggested that I walk more, I have a 15min walk in the morning before work now, but I'm taking the week of my EDD and the week after off as vacation weeks and then when the baby gets here I'll be taking the full maternity, but anyway....

I live in MA and the weather isn't always the greatest to get out and exercise  so I'm hoping someone might have some exercise suggestions that I can do at home that will help soften my cervix and help the baby drop..

You could always go to the mall and walk if the weather isn't very nice. I did this both before and after I had my LO.

The Bradley Method books suggest squatting and tailor sitting. But you can't really soften your cervix or make your baby drop faster.  It's all in the hormones.

Errr, wait.  Having sex helps with the cervix issue.
