I find the Daiya harvarti repulsive. The cheddar is decent. The mozzarella shreds are ok mixed in with baked ziti, but NOT a viable substitute for making pizza. Gross.
I prefer Amande almond yogurt. I have to go to Whole Foods to get it, and its really expensive. So it's a treat rather than an everyday thing like I used to eat regular yogurt. Earth Balance soy free is also a very good butter substitute and I actually prefer my baked goods with that now because it makes super soft chewy chocolate chip cookies with Enjoy Life choco chips.
Can you get Enjoy Life chocolate chips at Whole Foods, too? I am dying for choc chip cookies!
