Clogged duct :

This is the second baby I've nursed and I made it 12 months with my first and now 7 months with my second with out a clogged duct. Today though my boob has a very hard painful funny shaped spot! This sucks

Those stink- I've had them throughout my nursing experience with LO, especially when he dropped a feeding.  My saving grace is the heating pad.  I use it and nurse at the same time. Just be careful with baby :)

I've had so many clogged ducts, I've lost count.  I second the heating pad.  Also hot showers while working that out.
