RRL Tea Postpartum?

I have been drinking RRL tea and taking the caplets.  I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of benefits to drinking it after the baby comes?  I know they say it helps to shrink your ute, but just curious if anyone knows if it is beneficial to keep drinking it.  And if so, how long?  TIA

I know it helps with constipation and cramps during your period. I plan on keeping up with drinking it a couple times a week just because of IBS symptoms. :)

My doula suggested it to decrease the length of pp bleeding, but I kept forgetting.
