Update on Elliot

He finally fell asleep last night sitting upright on my chest. It was pitiful. But this morning he was happy as a clam! 

We went to his pedi appt at 1, and the pediatrician said his ear looked swollen and irritated, but it didn't look infected. He mentioned that it could be the beginning of an infection though. He wrote him a script for ear drops and told us that if he still seems to be in pain on sunday to start an oral script that he wrote for us as well. 

He hasn't been crying like he was yesterday, he's just sleeping a LOT. He's slept a good 6 hours on and off since he woke up at 10.

Poor guy.  Ear infections suck.  We're just got over our second one in two months.  Now, I have one in each ear.  I haven't had an ear infection since before I was five years old.  I'm glad he's doing better and you were able to identify the problem.  Hopefully, he'll have a speedy recovery.
