Newbie here!

I just wanted to introduce myself! My husband (39) and I (37) married this April 2012. We've been ttc since September 2012 but nothing yet.

My ob/gyn ordered some genetic testing & we found out that I'm a carrier for cystic fibrosis.  Hubby was tested but is negative. He has beta thal minor but I'm negative. He also has low sperm count and varicocele, which could be why we're not pregnant yet.

We are meeting with a fertility specialist and a genetic counselor next month to see if there are fertility issues we should be aware of. Fingers crossed...

Daughter from a previous marriage is 18 years old
TTC #2 since August 2012
BFP 12/19/12
DX with ectopic pregnancy at 8 weeks, surgery to remove right tube 01/18/13
Both ovaries and left tube looked healthy and clear, so we'll see what the future holds for us.

My Ovulation Chart || Ovulation Calendar Me 38 & PCOS, DH 41. Went of BCP when we got married in Nov 2011, seriously TTC since March 2012. Six cycles of clomid = BFNs. Suspected endometriosos & HSG showed both tubes blocked so researching IVF.

My Ovulation Chart Me: 40 DH: 45. We are TTC our 1st, started July '11, 3 cycles clomid with Ob, 1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob, Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12 clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN 1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN. 2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid. 3/29/13 laparoscopy - lft ovary attached to uterine wall & imobile fallopian tube fixed & on bcp. Hoping this ends our streak of bfn's! Started bravelle 5/2/13.....

Welcome and good luck!  This board is super nice but can be a bit slow.  The TTTC board is a good place to get info and ask questions regarding fertility tests etc...

Me:35 DH:37 TTC#1 since 4/2012 Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR-low AFC, all other tests normal. DH: normal

IUI #1 50 Clomid,75 GonalF,Ovidrel,Progesterone = fair response,BFN

IUI #2 150 Gonal F, Ovidrel, Progesterone= ok response but BFN

IUI#3 225 Gonal F - Cancelled IUI due to early O- TI
