Five little snowflakes are flying to Texas today!

I just got a call from the lab director in Virginia. He said our five donor embryos are aboard a FedEx plane today and will arrive in San Antonio tomorrow morning. I seriously cannot believe this is happening, I could just cry out of joy! I am anxious that they make it here safe and sound, but I'm trying not to think about it too much since there's nothing I can do. The lab director assured me that they've never had anything go wrong in transit and they can last for up to a week in the way they are packed. I'll be holding my breath until I hear they are here safe, I can't help it lol.

I also found out from the head nurse at our clinic that the information I got last week was wrong. I actually can start BCPs for our FET when I get my period (likely this week) and still pay for the cycle in January 2013 which is what we want to do. This means I don't have to wait until January's period to start the process and our transfer will actually occur in January instead of Februrary. I guess I'm now a part of January Polar Bears group and I need to re-intro myself over in IF. Just wanted to share the good news and could use all the fingers and toes crossed for safe transit for my snowflakes! :)

8/1/12 - IVF #1 - Zero response from max stims (600iu intramuscularly)
My ovaries seem to be just for decoration

12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
2/11/13 - Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts.

2/16/13 - First BFP of my life!
3/27/13 - No heartbeat at 9w0d. D&C the following day.

4/23/13 - Matched to adopt five new embryos!

IVF #1 September 2011 - ER 9/8/2011- 8R, 5M - icsi - 1 made it to transfer - BFFN :-(
IVF #2 Lucky November 2011 - ER 11/25/2011 - 15 eggs!, 13 mature, 10 fertilized with isci - 7 made it to transfer! Transferred 1 - 8 cell and 2 - 7 cell. BFP!!!!
1st U/S - Twins! 2nd U/S - 3 heartbeats!!! - HOLY COW!!!
Prayers for our take home babies!
2 babies born on 3/27/12 and lost. Last baby born on 3/29/12 and lost at 20 weeks.

IVF #4 October 2012 - New RE. Doing PGD Testing. 8 R, 7F, 2 made it to 5 day blast for PDG testing. Both Normal (Thank you G-d!!!) 1 boy and 1 girl
transferred one beautiful 5day blast (girl)
Please G-d the almighty one - let this be our take home baby!
Beta #1 158, Beta #2 318, 1 Absolutely magnificent HB at 175! Thank you G-d!!!

I'm so excited for you!! How awesome that you are able to start the process and not have to wait any longer!

**I just re-read the part about your snowflakes arriving in SAT tomorrow and almost started crying! Ok, take that back, I am crying. I'm not superstitious, but it sounds like your mom is sending you a special delivery.

Occasionally using acupuncture.
IVF #1:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embies txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage Endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.

Thank you, ladies! I'm doing a serious happy dance at work.

And DP, it just dawned on me! Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my Mom's death! I think it's definitely a sign that shes "pulling some strings in heaven" something that she promised she would do for us right before she died. I will always remember December 18th for more reasons than one now. :)

IVF #5 final with o/e. ER 1/21 only 1 retrieved, hoping my lonestar is the one. Beta #1 2/6/13 = 209.... please let this be it! Keep growing lonestar! Beta #2 2/8/13 - 586! , Beta #3 2/10/13 = 1898. First u/s perfect little heart beat at 116 bpm. Measure 6 weeks 1 day. EDD 10/14/13 3/4/13 measuring right on track beautiful heartbeat 171 bpm, graduated from RE to OB... bittersweet. PAIF/SAIF always welcome!
