So it actually went well- almost weirdly well. We told her the story about a spot opening up at this day school that is really tough to get into and she was like you should definitely take it! We were very surprised and for a second, I was like maybe I was wrong and this is was a sign about how good she is and then I was like naaaaahhhhhh- fallen for it too many times this year. So we parted ways amicably 
I really appreciate the support and it feels great now that we are done. We will definitely not be giving out references if someone contacts us in regard to her I will be totally honest with them. When we interviewed her she was not honest with us and we felt tricked I don't want that to happen to anyone else. Thanks again!
