is your lo still spitting up

also in the 6-9 month board: So the dr said that once he started solids he would quit spitting up as much (he is a "happy spitter" as they call it. He spits up but not really concerned with it. Well it did get better but lately it has gotten worse. He spits up after every meal. We have been through 3 outfits today!

He is making all his milestones and is a big baby in both height and weight. I have been told that if they aren't losing wieght then they won't do anything about it.

It isn't very much but can be one to two times between food and nap. And it is the bad acid smell

We were just about to put the receiving blankets in storage when he became a fountain again right around 8 months. He doesn't do it anymore, and I'm not sure when it slowed down/stopped. He was also a happy spitter with the grossest smelling spit up.

E slowed down around 5 or 6 months, but has spit up on me a few times the past two days.

My LO is also a "happy spitter."  It was crazy when he was 2-6 months old.  He still spits up, at least once a day, but it isn't as much anymore.  But, yes, he's definitely still spitting!   He is also in the high percentages for height and weight, so we haven't worried.

If DD drinks or eats to much she will spit up. Or if she is crawling around on the floor she will spit up too. Part of the problem is she doesn't realize that her stomach is full and keeps on eating.

Yep.  At least twice a day sometimes more.  I think it has to do with her sticking her fingers in her mouth.  Poor thing has 4 upper teeth coming in all at once.  She already has her bottom two.  At least I hope this is why because when she does spit up it's a lot.
