temp suggests diff date then BW

Ok...I'm thoroughly confused about this and Hoping one of you girls has had same experience.
Saw RE on Monday..E2 was 268 so had me come back Tuesday for folly check, which they couldn't find but BW suggested surge and high E2. So they triggered and we did IUI Wednesday.
One problem is my temp suggests on FF that I o'ed Monday! I have been sick with a cold but have never felt feverish from it.
Super confused! What do you girls think? Should I just ignore temps?

AS much as I rely on FF and temping, I'd trust the b/w in this case more.  Plus, you're not feeling 100%-- which could affect your BBT evne if you don't feel feverish

My RE said not to temp. Once you use meds and trigger they are not accurate.
