Nanny Christmas gift Q

My SIL is our nanny. I work three days per week and she cares for LO, approx. 27 hours per week. This is a casual arrangement she does her laundry while she is watching LO, eats her breakfast and lunch from our food, drinks our kcups, and occasionally stays for dinner. We pay her the normal nanny rate for our area. She has been working for us for one month, as I just returned to work. We already got her a Christmas gift for our family gift exchange. How much would you spend on a 'nanny' Christmas gift for her?
BFP #1: 2/14/11. EDD: 10/20/11. Missed m/c discovered in April at 12 weeks, d&c. BFP #2: 12/27/11. EDD: 9/9/2012.
