Please, 2nd or more time mommies, do not take offense.
I am beyond sick of the 2nd+ time moms giving me the "you should do this this way" or the "enjoy doing this while you still can" or the "well, my kid..."
I understand they have their own experience and can appreciate that. But them trying to give unwanted advice or something that is beyond common knowledge and acting like it is some great gem only they know......ANNOYING!!!!

I have this...but with my MIL. About my DH.

Oh, my MIL does it too, concerning both my DH and BIL.
Since I am not friends with that many STM I don't get that. but I do get this ^ Freaking annoying! So I mostly understand how you feel!
This reminds me of all the well-intending (but completely infuriating) people who would tell me to "cherish these moments" during the first 6 weeks when all I was trying to do was survive and not kill DS in the process.

Every single one of my IL's does this! Oh E won't crawl until he is xxx age because that is when DH did. E will love sweet potatoes because DH does...blah blah blah It is so stupid.
