Thanks guys. Our pediatrician confirmed your responses and with what I searched, we seem to be ok. My husband did go get tested and from the looks of it we're in the clear. Trying to get information about what's going on and explain to people what active vs latent means over text message is like pulling teeth on a tiger. Hopefully our cousin's family will get it together and get themselves tested as well. Again, thank you for your input!
