How to handle six month sleep regression

LO has been STTN for a couple of months.   Suddenly for the past three nights she is fighting going town to sleep and waking up upset several times a night.  I don't think she's teething or anything else is wrong.   What puts her to sleep the best is nursing but I don't want to create a MOTN nursing habit.   Should I just nurse her when she wakes up at night and hope she goes back to a normal sleeping pattern?   If your LO went through this how long did it last?

Did you start solids yet? This happened with our DS around 5.5mo. Once we started solids a week or so later, the STTN returned. I think DS was just not getting full or satisfied enough from his normal nursing (I also noticed an uptick in the amount of nursings he was having the 2-3 weeks before we had sleep regression).

Babies just go through this and you kind of just have to stick it out. If you've ruled out teething or ear infection then you just have to get through it. When my LO wakes up in the night, I don't go into his room unless he is really crying hard which is hardly ever. If he's just fussing, I let him get back to sleep on his own. My LO is a little over 9 months and I'm finally learning that this is just what babies do and you don't necessarily have to change anything in your routine, but just stick it out until the phase is over. GL!
