Today is DH's last day of work until Jan 2. Tonight we have our friends Christmas party. We go every year, it's so much fun. There is always amazing food. We'll be up super late, so I hope to get a nap in today, which means DD MUST nap today as well! .

Saturday we're going to relax, and I will try and finish wrapping.

Sunday we are going to MILs for "family Christmas" as she posted on FB Meanwhile none of her 4 kids are speaking right now, and it sounds like we will be the only ones there. I don't even know if she knows how to cook kraft dinner, so I don't know if we'll be eating, or what is going to happen.  I'm soooo dreading it, I hope we don't have to stay long. I may just have to have some contractions that day. On the positive at least DH told her we are busy Christmas eve and Christmas day so I won't have to worry about her on those days. Get it over and done with.

Baking cookies, wrapping gifts, cleaning house, laundry and grocery shopping. Sounds fun huh?! Lol

Oh....I did forget we are going to a "Happy Birthday Jesus" party. My parents are keeping DS overnight Saturday. The theme is also dress to impress....yay get to get all dressed up!! Definitely excited about that!

I need to finish packing and cleaning today because tomorrow we leave for Indiana. We are driving and will get there by Sunday.  I am so excited!  I can't wait to see our family and spend Christmas with them.

DH is off this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an eye appointment today. We plan to try and get all our gifts wrapped. Go food shopping. My parents, sister, BIL and niece are coming for dinner tomorrow night. This is huge because even though we only live an hour away they never come here! They still haven't seen my new kitchen! I still don't know what I'm making. All I have is the ham that DH brought home from work and I have to figure out the rest.

Sunday we will go to chruch then we are going on a Santa cruise in Pittsburgh. It should be fun, it cost way too much! It's going to be crazy because there is a Steeler game going on at the exact same time. The ship will go right past the game! Then we will go to the inlaws for dinner.

Braden is on his way to Indiana with his grandparents. He'll be home Sunday. So tonight, I'm wrapping the last few presents, and deep cleaning the kitchen and dining room.

Tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping & cleaning the living room, our room, and our bathroom.

Sunday... I'm going to find something to cook in the crockpot so that we can go to church & not be so pushed for time.

I'm ready to climb the walls, too, buddy.

Tonight: family dinner at our house after DH gets home from work. 

Saturday: picking up the last of the odds and ends for Christmas. I am sure I forgot something. 

Sunday: wrapping the last of the presents. I also have an apple pie to bake and I want to make gingerbread cookies with G.

Cleaning and grocery shopping... I'm a ball of fun!

H works retail, so I'll see him on xmas. I'm on my own this weekend to sort thru all the toys I can get rid of, move furniture around so I can have people over for breakfast christmas morning, cook, wrap presents, all that fun stuff.

Saturday is going to be great though! One of my BFF's just got back from deployment this week. He's driving up here and we are going out for drinks. I am soooooo excited. I haven't seen him since February?

Working tomorrow then my dads side of the family is celebrating Xmas on Sunday and im excited to see everyone! No one has seen my big belly yet so I'm sure I'll get lots of comments but that's okay!

Then I'm also excited for Monday night, it's the last Xmas eve celebration at my moms house because she decided to have a mid life crisis, is divorcing my step dad who she's been with since I was 2, is getting a boob job in January, and already dating a doctor who is 6 years older than me and 14 years younger than her, barf. So yeah this will be the last Xmas eve as I knew and loved it.

My parents are coming to visit over the weekend to meet our new little one and for a slightly early Christmas.  All of my and DH"s family are out of state, so they will be heading home early on the 24th for Christmas.  We are looking forward to hanging out with family and going to check out Christmas lights and another hoiday festivity if they're up for it! :)

  • I will be finishing wrapping gifts for the kids
  • Finishing my backlog of laundry and going through all of our clothing
  • Taking the clothing that is good and usable to shelters (the adult clothing)
  • All of Makia's handme downs will be going to a woman who already has 4 children and just adopted 5 girls.
  • Finish "stocking shopping"
