Random question, think I read this here

Is there some kind of herbal you can take that gives you lighter periods? I think I remember it being talked about on here as something you could take maybe to combat strep B, but also had that effect on your cycles. I remember thinking it sounded like an amazing thing and of course totally have forgotten in the whirlwind of going from 1 to 2 kiddos. TIA :)
