I would second whoever suggested seeing a therapist. I have been surprised with some things in pregnancy that have been harder than expected (body image issues, feelings of isolation, fear of labor/birth). I have found a wonderful therapist who provides that listening ear that I need. While I do have many many supportive people in my life (husband, sister, mother, coworkers, friends...) there is something so safe about a neutral person who won't judge and who can provide constructive support. One of the most helpful things she offered was when she allowed me to express that pregnancy can be and is hard. So often our culture only glamorizes pregnancy as a time of 100% amazement and awe. But there are parts that are hard.
Good luck and hang in there.
