I am currently using a .03% estradiol/.3% testosterone cream to try to get some issues under control. I started using it about 3 days before I think I ovulated.
And of course I didn't think of this until last night after my doctor's office closed- is that going to be enough to jack up my cycles (more the E2 than the T)? I wouldn't think so, but I don't have a whole lot of experience with supplementing E2.
I don't either, but since I didn't even start it until the last half of my cycle, it's hard to say.
Test is negative, so maybe it just helped get my LP over 11 and got rid of some PMS. Or I was off on my O date.
