I used to work as a nanny in Suffolk before I got pregnant (and too sick to work!) -  The kids I cared for went to a pre-school called St Andrew Preschool (http://www.standrewpres.net/St._Andrew_Pres/Welcome.html) if you want to check it out! They LOVED it!

 Also, quite a few of our friends from church live in suffolk - the church we go to and really love is called The City Life Church in Newport News and there are a lot of families with young children. Great kids program and really good service! (http://thecitylifechurch.com) It's Saturday evenings at 5. Wish I could help with doctors and such, but we are military so mine is at the naval hospital. 

 We've been stationed lots of places and we really enjoy this area! Hope your move goes smoothly!!
