Poor thing! Every child is different and their 2 yr molars can come in as early as 20 mths of age, even while other teeth are still coming through. My son has always gotten his teeth fast as well. He is 19 mths and his canines just came all through. they began before his first molars were done. Im sure his 2 yr molars are next. goodluck!! :)
