I'm sorry you're going through this. I know how tough it can be.
If you actually did pass the sac and fetus, then the worst is over and you will probably just lightly bleed and clot for a few more days, followed with just light bleeding and spotting for a few more days after that. The worst of the cramping should be over, too.
The problem is, there are so many big clots that need to be passed that if you didn't pass ALL of them, you will not stop bleeding and cramping. Do you have a follow-up appointment scheduled with an ultrasound to determine if you passed everything? If not, I'd get that scheduled. If they give you the "all clear" at that appt then rest assured that physically the worst is over.
