Hey ladies!!

Hey ladies (in my best Jerry Lewis voice)....what's everyone up to today? Any plans for Christmas? Me and hubby are going to grandmas house for gumbo today. As for Christmas, we are preparing and serving dinner at the Ronald McDonald House that we stayed at for 3 months this year. Its a way to give back and looking forward to it.

we had a lovely breakfast with our heartbreakingly (not sure that's a real word) cute 2 year old friend and just had a feast with our favorite aunt and uncle in advance of the official Christmas celebration with the rest of the family on Tuesday.    I'm celebrating what I think is the start of my 2WW (it's my 2nd month of charting and I'm not sure if I understand what I'm seeing) with lots of red wine, which also explains this very poorly constructed post.   Big Smile   Cheers all!

Chilling at home now. H and I went to the mall to get him a great new coat (saw it yesterday but he's so hard to fit I wasn't willing to do the buy/return).

Now he's watching the football game and I just need to wrap H's gift today and call it good.

Christmas Eve we are going to do dinner with his family. We are going to do most presents with his family after dinner and put the angel on the tree. Hopefully skype with my family too.

Christmas we are going to do our presents with each other and a low key day together. Trying to start some new traditions with just each other. I guess I should try and figure out what's for dinner :-)

That is so cool that you are paying it forward to the Ronald McDonald house.  What a great gift.....

I just finished up on putting cookie mix, chocholate chips and walnuts in a mason jar for Christmas gifts for some of my family, friends and neighbors.

Going down to Toronto tomorrow for dinner with some friends and picked up some wine to take down to enjoy.....

I am trying out a new recipe: Herb de Provence bread. I am making it in the oven right now, to see if any good and then will make some more for tomorrow night.  We will see how it goes.....

Then, will be getting ready to have some family over for the holiday.

So, Merry Christmas to you all, may Santa make all your wishes come true!  :)

I know that mine would have been a BFP, right!?!  Lol....

Calibride, that is awesome! well for us its pretty simple, tomorrow we go to my moms, some cousins come over and we feast like its thanksgiving, then stay the night, wake up when the fireman santa screams down the street giving out gifts to children, open presents and chill the rest of the day....I like that my husband is jewish, I didn't have to change my CHristmas traditions ;)

I also cannot wait for this year to be over, it has been so tough, 2013 can't come soon enough - normally i am practically Mrs. Claus I love the season so much....this yearI could actually do without, which makes me sad. Trying to be cheerful.....I am sure tomorrow I will get into the swing of things!

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate, and to those that don't I hope you enjoy the day!!
