Question

Hello Ladies!

I have a question about the Wondfo's OPKs.  I just started using them recently based on recs from this board.  My question: is there an ideal time to test during the day??  

 Any recommendations??  TIA!

Testing twice a day is recommended, www.peeonastick.com has all the info. you'll need.

Ideally you should test twice a day. I test at about 9 to 10 am and 4 to5 pm. The instructions usually suggest not using FMU because the LH hormone is synthesized during the day.

Diagnosed with PCOS 4/2012-started Metformin
7/2012 - Clomid 50 mg. + TI = BFN
8/2012 - Clomid 100 mg. + Trigger + TI = No Response
9/2012 - Femara + Trigger + TI = BFN
10/2012 - On a treatment/charting break
12/2012 - Femara + TI = BFFN
2nd Opinion appointment scheduled 1/21/2013

I usually test 2 or 3 times a day. 

When I wake up, around 7 or 730am
Mid afternoon, around 2 or 3pm
And before bed, around 8 or 9pm.

This is what I do, usually SMU around 10 and then again around 4 or 5 and have usually caught my surge.


Married 8/30/08, TTC#1 since May 2011. Me 36, H 37
H SA-Count 84 Mil, Morph 6%, Motility 20%-11/13 surgery to fix bilateral varicoceles
Post Surgery SA-Count 113 Mil, Morph 8% Motility 40% looking better!
Me:HSG clear, Prolactin high, micro-Pituitary Adenoma, Cabergoline=prolactin down to 1.
Cycle 18-5mg Femara+trigger+IUI. Follie on right, IUI#1-1/8-H-37Mil w\70% motil=BFN
Cycle 19 Femara+Trigger+IUI#2-2/8-2 follies on left-28mil 60% motil= BFN
Cycle 20-Clomid 50mg+trigger+IUI#3 left-33mm & 23mm, post wash 63 mil 80% moti=BFFN
Cycle 21 trying on our own unmedicated due to vacation timing!
Cycle 22 Clomid+trigger+IUI 22mm on right/23mm on left, Post wash 31 mil 80% motil
