I thought this survey was really interesting to take, and it will be good fodder for discussion with DW tonight (we ended up using a KD so we didn't have quite the same selection process).
Besides the apparent giftcard, it mostly seems like an excellent place for you to put feedback on things that you'd like to see in your ideal sperm bank and ideal sperm donor experience... and I suspect those of you that have actually interacted with banks might have more concrete feedback to give.
What did the email with the gift card info have as the sender? I have a lot of filters for Amazon-related emails and I can't find it.
