Anyone make homemade cinnamon rolls?

Newbie to cinn rolls here. I just finished cutting cinn. Rolls and they are now rising on counter. After I bake them. If I am delivering in the morning do I have to refrigerate them tonight? It can I leave covered in counter, then warm and glaze in morning?

After you bake them, yes you can leave them on the counter.

Raw, they need to be in the fridge.

Thanks - I plan to warm them around 8, glaze and deliver :-)

I would maybe put some sliced bread on top of them so that they do not become hard. I've never made cinnamon rolls ahead of time (and never have leftovers!) so I'm not sure if they would harden or not.

You can glaze tonight then just deliver tomorrow. They will reheat just fine. Glazing while warm works best, IMO, because then the icing/glaze gets down into the crevices. Yum :)

I've done this. I don't deliver warm, I just deliver ready to be warmed up.
