My friend was wondering what OTC pain reliever is safe to take during pregnancy and after looking it up in my WTEWE book it says that unless you really need it, to refrain. especially in first tri. My brain is a bit foggy (mommy brain) but I don't recall ever taking any OTC medicines while pregnant. Advice appreciated.
PS) My friend does not know for sure if she is pregnant but she is being cautious in case she is.
