i'm so sorry you're in this terrible limbo. it's an awful feeling.
if you don't want to wait till wednesday, you can always take a test now. healthy pregnancies should always produce tests that get darker and darker over time. if your test shows darkening lines from one day to the next, that's a good sign. when i miscarried a few months ago, i tested a light but definitely noticeable positive on saturday, then a barely there positive 2 days later. i didn't bleed until several days after that.
early bleeding in viable pregnancies is quite common. all hope is not lost yet!
